How ECO Repairs Friction Components Without Disassembly:
A ECO, a word coined by the United States Air
Force, is a composite of ceramic (cer) and metallic (met), materials.
ECO Lab Company offers a uniquely transformative composite ECO
formula for friction component repair. ECO will not modify the engine
oil properties, but it will change the physical properties of the friction
component metal. Nano sized particles of ECO form a ceramic-metal
composite which integrates into engine friction components to renew
them. When ECO is added to an engine’s oil it is transported
by the lubricant to the engine friction zones. Eventually there will
be no ECO within the oil, as it will in time all be fused with the
oil bathed friction component metal at the atomic level. The microscopic
nano sized ECO particles are attracted by the engine’s friction
energy, and by temperatures over 800 degrees, and by microscopic electromagnetic
fields to the friction zones. Using the friction energy as a catalyst
ECO’s molecules are activated to go through a physiochemical
reaction and the ECO bonds to the friction component metal only where
needed.
Because an engine’s metal is porous, and the ECO Lab’s uniquely small particles are only 16 to 25 nanometers in size (microscopic), the ECO continues to integrate into the metal with anchoring fingers as deep as 300 microns. Once integrated, it becomes impossible to see where the metal ends and the ECO begins. The new modified friction components are now harder, smoother, and more perfectly rounded than the original metal, thus significantly reducing friction and internal losses. Your engine friction components will be more like high performance parts even without being exchanged. As ECO only works when there is excessive friction and heat, it is self regulating. ECO only rebuilds up to the point where the friction components no longer produce the necessary heat and energy to be activated. ECO never overbuilds. This new layer also protects the metal beneath from future oxidation and corrosion. The initial two phase treatment typically lasts about 60,000 miles (odometer for vehicles) or 2,000 hours (hour meter for tractors &, heavy equipment). An engine properly treated and retreated with ECO could theoretically then last almost indefinitely. As ECO is self regulating, if it is added early enough to an engine, that engine can run more efficiently even than when it was newly manufactured. ECO also works on all kinds of other oil or grease bathed metal to metal friction components such as manual transmissions (not automatic transmissions), differentials (not limited slip), and non-vehicular machines. When ECO has made the friction components smoother, rounder, and harder, and when it has optimized tolerances, then vibration and noise will disappear, the engine will run cooler, and with better compression the engine will use less oil and fuel, and it will have far cleaner exhaust. Such an engine, with greatly improved performance, will not only be much less expensive to operate; it will last considerably longer before any needed rebuilding or replacement.
Some Friction
Components ECO Can Transform: ECO can restore
oil bathed friction components within an engine, a manual transmission,
a differential, and in other parts of the internal combustion engine
drive train. It must not be used on clutches. ECO can also do the
same kind of restorative work on industrial and manufacturing machinery.
When ECO renews metal on metal friction components, it improves performance
in so many ways that the restorative ECO treatment pays for itself
in almost no time, and it is not at all expensive. To further
